Why Letting Employees Work From Home Could Lead to Revenue Growth

While it may seem the productivity question for in-office and remote team success continues to make headlines, a recent study showed data from public companies with flexible work arrangements outpaced their in-office counterparts.  

 

The recent study by Scoop Technologies and Boston Consulting Group examined over 500 public companies and found those with flexibility grew 4xs as quickly when compared to those with a more strict in-office policies. Additional benefits were also identified in this Inc. article.
