Working From Home? 13 Ways To Beat A Sedentary Lifestyle from the Forbes Coaches Council

Written before the new norm of emergency remote work, this 2018 article by the Forbes Coaches Council, includes vital tips to transform a sedentary remote day in to a productive one.

Make a few adjustments based on the current situation, and these tips offer guidelines for healthier remote success.

Move coffee shop chats, (mentioned in #1 and #3), to online coffee moments. Find a virtual exercise class instead of going to the gym (mentioned in #1, #4, #7).  

For now, instead of the co-working recommendation (#5), actively engage with an online community. Don't just scroll through the feed, take a moment to comment, post, and engage in the conversation.
